DX Toronto's DESIGN EXCHANGE exhibited the models of the The Alex Wilson Community Project from May 28 to July 13 1997, including our model. - please e-mail us your comments if you had a chance to visit the DX during this exhibit. Thank you! Oakville Galleries The Gairloch Gallery presented Mischief & Mirth May 02 to 06 1995 as part of a fund raiser. We were pleased to have been invited to design and construct a toy. Our entry was a Hako Niwa, a Japanese box garden. Materials: left-over cedar lumber of an Itabei (Japanese plank wall) from one of our Old Oakville Japanese gardens native rocks from North Oakville sand from Lake Ontario in West Oakville (the sand was autoclaved) moss from East Oakville.
